Two or more different insiders bought the same company in 30 days.
Coordinated insider buying is hard to fake. When two or more separate insiders independently put money in within a month, it's rarely random. Currently shipping as experimental because EU-wide cluster data is still thin — when we slice the backtest to markets with dense filing coverage the edge is much larger, but honest cross-market numbers are modest.
How the rule fires
Insider buy · at least 2 distinct insiders (by insider_id) have bought the same company within the trailing 30 days.

All-markets backtest only just clears statistical significance (t=2.05) and the drop-top-5 mean is only +0.4% — almost all the edge lives in a handful of right-tail winners. Where data is dense (Sweden) the same predicate yields ~3% mean, but we're shipping the honest cross-market number until DE/CH/AT/NO cluster data backfills.
