About InsideREU
The problem
American retail investors have a thousand ways to follow what Congress is buying — Pelosi trackers, Quiver Quantitative, Capitol Trades, Unusual Whales. The data is required by the STOCK Act of 2012, freely published, and aggregated into beautiful consumer-facing tools.
Europe has the same disclosures. MAR Article 19 has required every director, CFO, CEO, and board member of every listed company to report personal share trades within 3 business days since 2014. BaFin, AMF, FCA, Consob and the rest publish them. They're public.
And almost nobody outside professional desks knows about them. The filings live in old German JSF portals, French PDFs, and Cloudflare- protected Angular SPAs. No retail-friendly product brings them together.
Why now
The closest thing — InsiderScreener — is a paid pro tool that walls off everything past the first 5 rows. We're building the consumer-friendly version: leaderboards of insiders ranked by actual win rate, plain-English alerts, and a weekly digest that takes 90 seconds to read.
How we work
- We pull every published Article 19 disclosure from each national regulator's public portal.
- We match each filing to its company's daily Yahoo Finance price and compute 3-month and 12-month forward returns.
- We rank insiders by win rate (filtered to those with ≥3 buys).
- A nightly job refreshes everything. A weekly Monday email summarises the week's most interesting moves.
Who we are
InsideREU is built by George Woodworth, a Portugal-based founder running multiple SaaS products for European users. Same hand that built acquireeu.com and eufundportal.com.
